The Former Uline Arena and Washington Coliseum
The former Uline Arena, later known as the Washington Coliseum, is scheduled to undergo major development. Douglas Development plans to include office space, retail space and parking in the renovated project. The arena, which is located at 3rd and M, NE, previously hosted an inaugural ball, professional sporting events and concerts, including go-go's throughout the 80's. It is distinguished as the home of the Beatles' first performance in the United States after their appearance on the Ed Sullivan Show. The Former Greyhound Bus Station

The old Greyhound bus station is another project under construction in NoMa. The property is slated to feature shops, restaurants, work space and apartments. Here's more from the project that will be known as Storey Park.
